Senior Production Associate

Description

The Senior Production Associate is equipped to take a rough presentation of scientific data and develop it into a visually appealing, professional PowerPoint presentation, often under tight deadlines. This is an entry level position that will provide backup support for a team that will work closely with clients to create medical and educational slide kits, syllabi, advertisements, and postconference materials that actively engage and educate audiences.

Essential Functions
•Format PowerPoint slides
•Produce, assemble, and prepare materials for print
•Create Adobe Acrobat invitation overlays
•Duplicate CDs
•This position requires moderate overnight/weekend travel (up to 30%)
•This position requires the employee to work occasional nonstandard work hours (up to 20%) in accordance with project needs, deadlines, deliverables, and urgent client requests
•Fulfill other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by supervisor
