Title: Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: COO
Summary of Position: The Marketing Coordinator will be primarily in charge of managing local marketing activities for the RTT Pasadena Office.
Typical job responsibilities will include working closely with:
• Local sales and production teams to establish proactive marketing collateral in pursuit of targets
• Marketing Counterpart at the RTT Royal Oak office to combine efforts where prudent
• Head of Global Marketing in Munich for execution and implementation of Marketing Initiatives
• US PR Team (currently Franco PR) on current and upcoming tasks

Other responsibilities include:
• Managing Salesforce client list with respect to company mailing lists
• Event Coordination at the RTT Pasadena Office
• Maintaining RTT USA website with relevant information/working with Munich and Royal Oak Offices on development thereof

Territory
The main focus of these activities will be the Pasadena Office. However, we run both offices (Royal Oak and Pasadena) in RTT USA as a single entity. Therefore, frequent and tight collaboration with the Royal Oak Studio will be necessary.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and strong time management skills
• Proven pro-active team player
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, preferred
