Technical Support Analyst

Description

MPC specialises in digital visual effects and computer animation for feature films, commercials, music videos and television. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic world of visual effects. We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious Technical Support Analyst to work in our London office based in Soho. You will be working as part of a team responsible for supporting and maintaining around 200 Windows/Mac client machines and 30 Windows Servers and liaising with other technology teams when further support or assistance is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Windows XP and Mac OSX client/user and application support
- Windows Server 2003/2008 monitoring and maintenance
- Roll out and configuration of Windows/Mac laptops and desktops
- Monitor daily back up's and replace data tapes when needed
- Procure IT hardware and maintain budget lines
