DATA BASE ENGINEER

In order to strengthen our ONLINE department and under the supervisory control of the Technical Manager, you will be in charge of optimizing requests and stocked process from the development team.

As the reference person, you will be self-directed with a good ability to drive forward in order to resolve operational issues, to guarantee performances and to adapt the environment according to projects progress.


Tasks
- Design, audit, performance enhancement and security settings on all our databases (sales, performances, production tools, etc.)
- In this position, you will work with the Data Services management team to improve the worldwide database environment by providing tools, monitors and solutions.
- Play the part of a technical advisor for teams involved in a project.
- With a good knowledge of database design methods, you will be in charge of setting up, configuring, optimizing and facilitating migrations.
- Relations with our GNS (Global Network Services) department and the various internal web development teams.
- Introduce needed process in order to maintain the best quality of service.
- Coordination and reporting.
