QA Test Manager
Summary:
Lead a team of QA and Development Support testers through the production cycle of the projects at hand. Maintain the balance of the team’s efforts cross projects and multiple focuses including, marketing needs, development testing, and functionality testing. Identify, develop and document QA process and test plans.
Responsibilities:
• Mange the QA department over multiple projects.
• Primary point of contact for Production, Marketing and PR build requests.
• Maintain the QA schedule.
• Identify, refine and document QA practices and processes.
• Work with Developers to ensure quality needs are met.
• Send out builds and build notes to Publishing and external studios.
• Facilitate needs of the QA department to management and project leads.
• Organize QA meetings.
• Writing and maintaining test plans for the QA team.
• Assist in the hiring and training of the QA staff.
