PixoFactor, a leading game developer in Royal Oak , Michigan, is looking for talented and experienced programmers to come join us in some very exciting and innovative game development.

As the Lead Programmer you will lead the programming team to improve and debug licensed game engine technology, and tools, to develop a cutting edge Wii title.

The Lead Programmer will work with the production lead, programmers, and other leads on the project to determine programming tasks, and schedule requirements.
PixoFactor is located in the heart of Royal Oak, Michigan, a fast growing hotbed for film and game development. Michigan is also known for its low cost of living and easy going lifestyle, beautiful nature, and modern way of life. Royal Oak is a dynamic suburban city with plenty of exciting places to explore. Royal Oak is an artistic community also known for great restaurants, a high level of technology, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The Lead Programmer will mentor programmers on the team and maintain a positive work environment, as well as continually review the game, the entire development process, and identify areas that need improvement.

The Lead Programmer will also participate in actual programming activities in various places in the code base, build a cohesive programming team, and write technical documentation.
