Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and fine tune process to ensure efficient delivery of video and motion graphics work
• Scope accurate schedules and budgets for video related projects with little or no supervision
• Actively manage multiple teams to ensure the quality of the final product including local teams, virtual teams and freelance teams
• Work cooperatively with account, content and technical teams to develop concepts in addition to implementing them
• Translate the outcomes of cocktail napkin brainstorming sessions into detailed storyboards and finely detailed animations
• Willingness to go beyond a job description and jump in where needed
• Bring fresh, new ideas to the team and express them with confidence
