UI Designer

Description

MPC, one of the world's leading post production facilities creating high-end digital visual effects for the television and feature film industries is seeking an experienced UI designer to join their Production Tools team in the Soho-based studio. The team is responsible for developing our next generation web-based production tracking and resource planning toolset. This application will be used across all our sites, by every person within the company. Qualified candidates will be designing world-class intuitive, attractive, and innovative user interfaces resulting in a class-leading degree of usability.

Longer term this position will review all our tools, both web-based and Qt-based, working with artists and supervisors to generate a Human Interface Guide defining how to create intuitive software with a consistent visual language and style. The role will require working with all development teams across the company to empower our developers to build intuitive and powerful graphics software.
