Content Developer I

Objective:
The Content Developer I effectively uses scenario generation tools and interfaces with instructional system designers, subject matter experts (both Raydon and customer), and software developers to produce executable training scenarios that accurately implement provided training scenario specifications and/or descriptions.
Typical Duties:
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
• Use of scenario generation tools and software to produce training scenarios.
• Troubleshooting, analyzing and correcting problems within scenarios accompanied with a strong understanding of logic as demonstrated in skills test during interview.
• Performing technical test/evaluation of products during development.
• Effectively communicating with customers, engineers, managers, and others as required to develop training scenarios that meet performance and instructional specifications.
• Developing and drafting training support documents.
• Being knowledgeable of customer training needs and requirements.
• Providing user specific input to assist in the development of training support products.
• Instructing customer personnel in the operation of Raydon products.
• Participating in equipment acceptance tests.
• Strong knowledge of Raydon's products and technologies.
• Setting up and conducting product demonstrations.
• Assisting Program/Functional Managers as required.
