Description

• Work closely with the Producers and Art Directors to define and ensure the lighting goals for the game.
• Work with team leaders to create lighting for all aspects of the game(environment, arena, characters…etc)
• Create pre-baked and real-time lighting via proprietary software/tools
• Oversees the lighting work of multi-art teams on a daily basis, effectively communicating lighting direction and delivering constructive feedback to work in progress.
• Effectively problem solves and consistently presents sound solutions to technical issues related to lighting and implementation into the game engine.
• Mentors less-experienced lighting artists on the team.
