JOB DESCRIPTION
The Web Designer will design the look and feel of the Club Penguin website and participate in shaping the creative future of the Web team. This is a role where ideas matter and creativity counts. The ideal candidate is an extremely creative, fast-paced designer, a collaborative thinker, and one who can thrive in a demanding, fast paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to the design of new sections for the website and redesign existing sections.
• Contribute ideas to the creative and design direction of the website.
• Actively participate in web project lifecycle and effectively represent the web design discipline.
• Develop and maintain web design processes and methods.
• Stay up-to-date with latest design trends and techniques.
