Pipeline Programmer

Description

Work with the pipeline programmers and artist leads to architect and develop asset management and production tracking system. Supporting modules of the internal API for the Stereo production process, in a Python scripting language environment.
Projects include design and development of asset management and production tracking systems, as well as continued development of the core pipeline, supporting modules and sub-systems currently in production. This position reports to the Pipeline Programming Lead.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop systems that make up the custom pipeline.
Learn about production processes and current work-flow within the pipeline to accurately assess requirements of new or existing systems.
Learn current modules and tools and utilize libraries of existing code.
Document code and systems, communicating peer review unsure dependencies.
Maintain clean code and follow team code standards.
Maintain clear and timely communication regarding code changes and system role outs to Pipeline team and studio.
