Character Animation Supervisor

Description

Job Responsibilities:

1 A strong ability to solve creative issues. Along with story telling through a visual understanding of emotion and acting through motion, as well as seamless editing.

2 Interfacing with other Animators checking on the progress of shots and giving suggestions.

3 Delegating Animation tasks to team members, with a strong understanding of each person’s individual skill levels and expertise.

4 Interfacing with the Creative Director, and giving feedback to the team.

5 Interfacing with the Animation TD insuring that all technical issues on the show are being addressed efficiently.

6 A desire to mentor and train other Animators on the team.

7 Preferably will have experience with XSI and 3D Studio Max.

8 Workload will be both motion capture animation and keyframe animation.
