Windmill Lane Pictures, Irelands leading post facility is creating a new production facility to work on an exciting sci-fi feature film with an international cast that starts shooting towards the latter half of 2010. Written and Directed by Stephen St Leger and James Mather, the film is being produced by French Studio Europacorp headed by the highly acclaimed Luc Besson. If you feel you’d like to help and be at the front end of a new visual effects team that is already attracting key people from the UK industry then drop us a line now. We are looking for a range of skills where the pipeline will be based on the tried and tested International VFX model: Maya, Nuke, Photoshop will be some of the principal software tools that we’ll be using within a Linux OS, but we are prepared to cross-train exceptional candidates with alternative software skills (3DSMax, Shake, After Effects). The film is due for completion in June 2011, we will be based in Dublin and we are not considering out-sourcing the work. You will need to be part of a team and require the following qualities:

• Proven experience in feature film, broadcast or commercials visual effects.
• Thorough understanding of VFX techniques, technologies and processes.
• You must be from the EU, applicants from non EU countries cannot be considered.
• Excellent communication skills (English essential).
• A passion for your work.
