Senior Game Designer

Description

We seek an experienced game designer and content creator for a variety of commercial and “serious” game projects. Because we are a small team, our designer fills a variety of roles. Specific duties may include:

• Writing game & systems designs to match customer requirements.
• Writing tools designs
• Designing game mechanics
• Designing user interfaces
• Creating game interfaces in Flash
• Scripting game objects and NPCs
• Level editing (placing game objects, paths, etc.)
• Writing dialog
• Implementation of game content using scripting, game editors, etc.
• Working closely with artists and programmers
• Play balancing
• Development of new game concepts
• Writing compelling pitches for game proposals
• Creating characters & scenarios
