Data Visualization Specialist

Be a part of NASA’s Scientific Visualization Studio and help visualize the torrents of data streaming from our earth/space remote sensing missions. We specialize in earth, solar, and lunar/planetary science.
The UMBC Goddard Earth Sciences and Technology Center (GEST) is seeking an individual with a computer science background and an interest in computer graphics and science.

Duties of the position include visualization of Earth and Space science remote sensing data; researching and coordinating assignments with scientists, producers, and writers; creating storyboards, and rendering finished data visualizations; and managing multiple projects and producing superior content under tight deadlines.
