We're looking for a highly motivated Software Development Engineer with a strong drive for results to work on Massive's proprietary web services and infrastructure for serving advertising into video games. You will help design and implement our game advertising protocols and services for next generation games on Xbox, PC, and other platforms. You will also coordinate with our program managers, testers, operations staff and other business users to ensure our products meet their needs and are of high quality.

Responsibilities include:
Working with and contributing to the full production life-cycle of software development for Massive's client-server systems including planning, design, architecture, prototype, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Development of Massive's proprietary web services for serving and enabling advertising in video games.
Working with other Microsoft development teams on integrated network services and protocols
Support the operations teams with diagnosing problems and fixing bugs
Represent Massive appropriately with our development partners, including Microsoft Online Services, external game developers, and game integration managers.
