Lead Designer (TV)

Description

This person will work with the Director and Lead the design team to develop expressive and entertaining concept designs to be used in an all-CG Episodic TV Series.


Assigns and oversees work on the design team

Partners with production management to guide designers overall professional development, providing performance feedback, mentoring, resolving performance issues and maintaining positive morale amongst crew.

Participates in design launches and daily review sessions

Generates orthographic of various designs for backgrounds and characters as reference for the 3D department.

Adheres to design schedule and deadlines

Creates designs for characters, vehicles, environments, and props

Uploads finished work to data management system for approvals

Revisions as necessary
