Description

• Research, analyze web and game usage data, and recommend prioritized solutions.
• Document business needs, prioritize requested functionality, and validate requirements against strategic goals and project objectives
• Identify use cases for each project.
• Create wireframes & functional specs based on approved business requirements.
• Analyze user experience and business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Manage business and stakeholder expectations regarding requirement changes and convey resource and timeline impacts when changes are needed.
• Examine and analyze available information to determine patterns and gaps at a strategic level and recommend appropriate course of action to support internal and external users.
