Sales Analyst
Description
Strengthen the LucasArts’ sales planning process by executing forecasts, reporting, and insightful analysis. Support the sales team and overall organization by enabling informed decision making and better portfolio management. Work closely with key retailers to oversee ordering and replenishment processes.
Major Responsibilities:
•Execute quarterly, annual, and long range forecasting processes, focusing heavily on LucasArts’ domestic product portfolio. Maintain forecasts according to changing development and market conditions.
•Create analyses to better plan pricing and lifecycle management strategies across LucasArts’ product slate.
•Work with retail analysts, Retail Link, and Partners Online to generate forecast ladders and identify sales opportunities.
•Monitor sell-through trends to help LucasArts manage demand planning, inventory management, and markdowns.
•Recommend build quantities for product launches and replenishment.
•Analyze current data, creating reports identifying risks and opportunities to maximize revenue.
•Act as liaison to finance, marketing, and production for all forecasting and sales analysis requests.
•Work with industry data sources to improve reporting and analysis, ultimately informing better decision making.
•Develop a system to track and analyze digital distribution strategies across all platforms.
•Create, link, and automate databases to streamline data integrity and reporting process.
•Travel and meet with key retail partners as needed to improve data sharing and collaborative forecasting and replenishment modeling.
•Oversee Wal-Mart scripting and replenishment, provide script orders and reports as needed.
